Operating Costs
Our operating costs include payroll for professional musicians, music rentals and purchases, instrument repair, costs to cover the fees of performing copyrighted music, liability insurance, advertising and printing. Our goal is to raise $10,000 annually.
How you can help
There are many ways you can contribute to our success. We rely on the generosity of our private and corporate benefactors. Unless directed otherwise, we will acknowledge your contributions in our concert programs. We will be happy to identify our corporate sponsors and encourage our concert-goers to patronize your places of business. If a lump sum contribution is not possible, we would be happy to receive your contributions through installments of your choosing.
Chair Sponsorship/Co-Sponsorship
If you would be interested in sponsoring an orchestra chair ($150), your name/organization will be listed under that player’s name for the entire season.
Concert Co-Sponsor
Our concerts can be funded by individuals and business groups who contribute toward the cost of a concert. The cost of producing one concert is approximately $2,000.
